The Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden is a 300 hectares botanical reserve in Roodepoort near Johannesburg. Formally established in 1982, it is one of the youngest of South Africa's National Botanical Gardens, but the site where it is located has been popular with visitors for many decades before that. The garden is home to a well known pair of Verreaux's eagles that nest in the Roodekrans ridge which intersects the reserve. The garden has a restaurant, gift shop and nursery which sells South African native plants. The Garden has been recognised as one of the most beautiful botanical gardens in the world.

What is paintball, and how is it played? The game is simple. Eliminate the opposing side with small .68-inch calibre plastic-shells globs of paint travelling at high rates of speed when fired from your automatic paintball gun that will break upon impact. When that happens, the player hit is considered out of the game, or out until the rules specify when he or she can return.
One of the games is to win the game by capturing the opposing flag and return to your base. The other is called Speedball. Two teams of five or so start on opposite sides of the field. The two teams start in safe zones until they hear a whistle or air horn blow to start the game. Within seconds, these two teams burst out of their safe zones and take to the field as quickly as they can to gain a good vantage point on their opponents. The object of this game is either to eliminate their opponents in the fastest time possible, or advance to the other side of the field to capture their flag.
